From ‘Opera di Roma’ to the company of Dimitri Papaioannou, going through different French companies and being part of TanzTheater Wuppertal for many years, with the presence of his creator: Pina Bausch. Damiano Ottavio Bigi is a dancer, actore and performer. The meetings during his carreer brought him to face worlds and completely different and creative experiences, enriching and inspiring him for his own works as a choreographer, pedagogue and designer.
In 2016 he wins “Premio Capri Danza International” and in 2020 “Premio Sfera d’Oro per la Danza”.
